DNS servers are registered in /etc/resolv.conf

It should look like this:

nameserver      xxx.yyy.zzz.123
nameserver      xxx.yyy.zzz.124

etc...for as many nameservers as you want to define.  Two is usually
enough.

Just edit this file as root.  You will see the effect immediately on
saving the changes - no need to restart anything.
