But neither of the subheadings on that page show up in the main index. I wonder if the formatting is completely throwing it? I don't use html coding much, but I suspect the <pre></pre> could be simple replaced by <verbatim></verbatim>. Whatever it is that's doing it is affecting Pierre's entry on the same page.
