Sure, you can choose whatever you like during the diskdrake part of the install when you are setting up the partitions. I would second Stephen's vote for Reiser BTW. I usually create a small (64MB is heaps) /boot partition, making it ext3, then choose Reiser for everything else (except swap of course). Enjoy! Brian
