You can download 10.1 without cost, though it's hardly feasible if you don't 
have broadband.  In that case the best bet is to look for suppliers of 
duplicated download disks.  I use fasdiscs.com where the three disk set costs 
£9.  Others use cheapbytes.com.  You don't need any of the additional disks 
that may be offered, as everything is available for download, on a 
package-by-package basis, as you need them, so dial-up is generally OK.
