The card has a MPX EN5038 chip on it. Is that the chipset? I cannot be sure. I have tried to search for it in the internet but has not been successful. Any ideas where I can search for drivers in the net? I got one http://lhd.datapower.com/ no drivers that I want there. By the way, thanks for coming to my help, John.
