Do you still have the original packaging? If so, look at
the system requirements. If it says it requires Windows (of
ANY version) you've likely got a WinModem. If it says
"works with Windows95/98/NT" or something to that effect,
chances are it's a WinModem.
You can go look up your exact model number from the
