I am downloading Mandrake 7.0 as a fix for my Rage 128 problem I posted
about earlier. I couldn't find a true .iso image to burn a CD from so I am
downloading the whole file structure from a mirror. Of course there have
been a couple of breaks in the download (even though it is over a DirecPC
dish , it is taking several hours obviously...) and I want to make sure that
I have not missed anything. What is the easiest way to check the directory
that I have downloaded to make sure that I have gotten everything
required... If you say print out a list and start checking I'm gonna cry!!!

Also can I install someway from a windoze partition directly to my Linux
partition (Downloaded files are on C: drive...) or do I need to burn a CD
and make a boot floppy. (Or will the CD be bootable , if not can I make it
bootable???)

Thanks a ton...

P.S. I have read what little info I could find on the Linux-Mandrake site
about downloading and installing 7.0 and that wasn't much...If it is already
written up in a HOW-TO please let me know ...I don't mind researching , I've
just hit a brick wall on some basics here...
