Hi, i`m having problems with either/both of these 2 pieces of h/ware. when installing it recognizes s3virge... and then there are no options for PS1 monitor. it says i have a problem with my monitor and will not display.... so i am stuck at runlevel 3 or 4... without any GUI or anything. as a result of this i cannot now log in as root as it says password incorrect, even tho i've changed it by issuing the following: 'linux s' at boot time. and then 'passwd root' anyone have a solution? it would allow me at least to get some sleep !!! cheers.
