I also have one along with a 1.44.  I'm new but under your /mnt directory, you shuold find it under "disk".  If you know the executable, you should be able to
run it like this:
(under Kterm) cd /mnt/disk/[filename]
I haven't used it yet because I don't have any linux programs on it yet, just suff for windoze.  Like I said, I'm new, so let me know what happens.  If it don't work or if
anyone out knows of a better way, perhaps, how to put an icon on the desktop???

PS- another idea- if you have the floppy icon on your desktop, check under your properties and you can possibly direct it to the command above.

Subject: [newbie] LS 120 HDD

Hi,

i have a Superdisk LS 120 HDD on my PC only (I have no 1.4 Mb Floppy). Linux had recognised it, but i can not use it!! :((. The icon an the KDE is probably for a 1,4 Mb Floppy. I had the same problem under Windows. But i deactivate the standard-floppy-controller and it was all ok. Maybe i have to do the same under linux? But I don`t know how!!

Can anybody help me?

Thanks!!!!!

Edy
