How do I give trusted users (like me as not_root) the ability to run esdplay on *.wav files and so I can hear cute widget sounds in Gnome? Or perhaps: whats the BEST way to do this? I am running Mandrake 7.0 (Air) with an SBLive! card. This worked in RedHat 6.1, and I can run *.wav's as root. Strangely XMMS works no matter who I am logged in as. Thanks!
