I don't use ICQ, AIM, or any of the stuff like that,
but if you need "instant" help, you can use #linuxhelp on irc.linux.com using
XChat. Or if you have no idea what IRC is or how to use it, then just use the
Java chat client here: http://linux.com/chat/ to connect.
