I like the way Macmillian handles L-M....
For as little as $20, books,  heavy docs, and support...

I believe that it's any commercialism of Linux that they are afraid of...
Some people want to be soooo anti-Billy G that they hurt themselves......
Heck, it  probably cost me more than that to print up the doc pages.....
