Hi Fran. Sorry you are still having problems.
Hmm, don't know if it makes any difference or not but I'm using v1.4.4,
I think. Also my setup has:
boomlump.wad
doom1.wad
in /usr/share/games/doom
Do you have that first file in there? Also, how
about renaming your current .wad to doom1.wad just to see what happens.
One more thing. Why don't you post your .config
file here. (from your /home directory). Its in
a hidden dir called .lxdoom, and contains the
boom.config file and tranmap.dat.
