You'll need something like KwinTV that I downloaded from Linuxberg.
You'll also need the drivers for your card. I have hauppauge WinTV
and use the BTTV drivers and you can learn about how to configure
and get it all up an running at the BTTV Howto at www.linuxdoc.org.
