Yes, There is nothing wrong to post a message asking help in that person's mother tongue. I have seen postings on the net in Chinese(GB2312), Chinese(Big5), Indonesian National Language, and Malaysian National Language and lastly in English. I myself read the first two Chinese and English, since I donot know the other two I leave them to people who knows to answer. Why blame the poor fellow who wrote "Solicitar informacion".
