I went and did it. I set up Wordperfect 8. Looks great!!
But download.com fooled me!! It said that people with not a fast reliable
line should get the 7 parts separately.
I did so, and after more than an hour.... I could not install it, since it
was not complete.
So I downloaded it again, the entire 24meg thingy now, and it setup like a
breeze. Loads fast, loaded with options. I was enchanted to see the
'hidden code' option still there!! I feel at home again, after being gone
from WP so long hahaha!!
