Grub is a graphical loader, LiLO is the prompt.
However with you mentioning login do you mean after the system has booted?
If this is so (and it is not Grub) then as root edit the /etc/inittab file.
The line you want reads something like:
id:3:initdefault
Simply change the 3 for a 5 and when you reboot (via Grub or LiLo) you will
find the graphical login.
