I just got this for myself from outpost.com:

had to add a line to
conf.modules, something like 'alias eth0 rtlxxxxx', where 'rtlxxxxx'
is the module
name which I don't remember off the top of my head.
I've seen other cards list down near $12.00, but outpost has the free
delivery and
no tax, so it's more or less the same.
