[newbie] Ktail shows a greyout out screen referring to -c

Hi everybody,

I can't seem to to get ktail to work. I keep getting a message referring
to a comment and -c. ktail should show all sorts of info. Mine is all
faded out.

Any ideas? Am I missing another file?
