Okay moving the sound card to a different slot does not help. Running drake config
does not help. Running sndconfig does not help. How do you enable the audio devices ?
How do you enable the synth devices ? How do you enable the midi devices ? How do you
enable the mixers devices ? How do you reassign irq ports ? Also getting card config -
none. Under multimedia audio controller getting interupt 09 conflict. Also the command
/dev/sndstat says permission denied when logged in as root. Should I ask the "expert"
group ? As no one has any answers to this stupid problem. Why is sound the arch enemy
of linux ?
