To install "everything" you will need to run the installation in expert
mode/individual package selection and then manually select each package that
is not included in the default install.
Using 2 CDs the "everything" installation would require appox. 1600MB.

BTW an "everything" installation is not a good idea.
1) You do not need programs and services you are not going to use.
2) There are programs and services that will conflict with each other
preventing your system from working properly.

It is quite simple using kpackage to install additional packages from the
CDs so I suggest going with the standard everything installation and install
the "left-out" packages only if your system usage requires them.
