Paul and anyone, Thanks for your response. I forwarded it to my friend and it doesn't work. The last email he posted (to another list) was still HTML. He says he found the option you were talking about, set it, and although Exchange says that it is sending the email in plain text, it still arrives in HTML. Any other thoughts, anybody?
