hi, have you installed the nfs rpm packages?
something like nfs-utils or somesuch,

then you can use the command exportfs to serve an nfs volume:
#exportfs /path/to/export   machine:domain
or something similar
this is all from memory as i haven't done this for ages so caveats apply, i 
know you can set up nfs serves from linuxconf
