What errors show up in /var/httpd/error_log? This will probably point
you in the right direction.

If you have trouble understanding the error messages, post them to the
list. I'm not a guru, but I have had to troubleshoot my fair share of
Apache issues -- most of the time, due to my own mis-configuration ;-)
