Paul: Probably the two best print books are "Linux in a Nutshell" and "Running Linux" published by O'Reilly (www.oreilly.com). About $75 for the pair. I got mine at the local Borders. I expect that all of the other mass book retailers would have them, or they can be purchased on-line from O'Reilly and Amazon. -- cmg
