PMagic isnt sharewhere. You can download a 'demo' from their site that will show you what the app will do if you pay them. But you cannot make write any changes to your partition table.
If you use the iMesh file sharing program, you can do a search for "partition magic" and can usually find one that says "Partitoin Magic Pro 7 FULL". It is a realativly small download.
