I am in need of help. I thought I would install Mandrake on my Sony laptop but it didn't go all that well. The installation kept freezing on the check for pcmcia devices. I ended up installing by using the linux noauto option. So, now I have no pcmcia support. I don't know if it was the right thing to do but I installed the kernel-pcmcia rpm, but still not working. I have no idea what to do to get this working. Any suggestions as to what to do?
