The heat issues associated with overclocking aren't nearly as dangerous as they're often made out to be. With a good heatsink/fan, you should be as right as rain. If you are really going to try and squeeze some serious megahertz out of the CPU, then it may be worthwhile investing in a case fan or two, to ensure sufficient air circulation.
