You have four options:

1. Wine, which is a Win32 compatibility layer. It will allow you
to run some win32 programs in Linux. It's a hit and miss thing.

2. WineX, which is based on Wine, but developed specifically for
playing win32 games. It can handle DirectX 8 games. It currently
costs $5 per month for an RPM download subscription.

3. Win4Lin
This is a full-blown, full-featured package that allows you to
install Windows 9x/Me as a virtual machine. It doesn't do DirectX,
so no gaming here. Handles everything else, though. It's about $100.

4. VMWare
Like Win4Lin, except it will allow you to install operating
   systems other than Win9x/Me. It's about $300.
