Have you registered (and paid) for your domain with the
Internic/verisign?

Do you also have a fixed IP address?

If so, then talk to your ISP and have them add www.myhost.mydomain.com
to their DNS server.

Of course you are NOT using "myhost.mydomain" as a real address right?
