| American Airlines app will now explain why your flight is canceled or delayed |
| Flight cancellations and delays are getting a little less confusing, thanks to a new digital feature from American Airlines. Starting Monday, the carrier will begin giving travelers clear reasons why a flight was canceled or delayed on its mobile app and website. The explanations will be easy to understand and identify the cause of the disruptions, such as weather, air traffic control, or maintenance issues with aircraft.
