I just bought the SB-28 to fill in for my very heavy Q-flash. I
have used it for about a week now, and have yet to open the manual.
It's very easy to figure out.

It's not as well built as an F5, but it seems fine. Comparable
to the Canon 540EZ I used to own.

It recycles very quickly. I haven't used it long enough to
determine battery efficiency.
