Wide Angle Nikkors

Folks,

I am considering the purchase of the 15mm f/3.5 Nikkor AIS lens. Does
anyone in this group have any experience with this lens, regarding
image quality, size, weight, usability, and differences when compared
to  an 18 mm lens?
