The speculation is over, Nikon dealers in Europe (and Asia?) have now the brochures of the F100. Please, contact your dealer. I don't have my copy yet. I was just having a phone conversation with my dealer. The F100 sounds like: + upgrade from F90X (not from F70) + the looks of an F5 + AF sensors like in F5 + magnesium parts in body (only 30g heavier than F90X) + rubber coating like in F5 + better shielding/proofing with O-rings + matrix metering with 10 fields - NO RGB metering + takes six AA batteries (?) + 5 frames/sec + 22 user settings (?) - 96% viewfinder (NOT 100%) - NO mirror lock-up Sales start End-Jan-99 in Finland at ca. USD2300 including vertical grip. Ilkka
