Friedrich, It's pretty hard to make a bad 135mm lens so it's likely just fine. BUT ... if I recall correctly, this lens is non-AI. That means it will not work on your F70 without modification (at least, not without damaging your F70.) Check to be sure before you spend your money. Don't try to mount it unless you're 100% sure it's AI or AI-S. Jim
