I'm a newcomer into the Nikon system and have thus far picked up a body and
an 80-200/2.8. I plan on taking several macro pictures when the spring
brings new blooms, and so I need something that gives more magnification
than my 80-200/2.8. I may eventually get the 105/2.8 or 200/4 micros but
for now I want to use my zoom. I believe I have two options here:

Extentsion tubes:
Either the PN11 (52.5mm tube) or the PK13 (27.5mm).
What's the maximum/minumum magnification I can get with each tube at both
80mm and 200mm?

Nikon double-element closeup lenses:
I was looking through Kirk Enterprises catalog and I see that they offer a
step-down ring to use the 62mm Nikon 6T double element close-up lens on an
80-200/2.8 with a 77mm filter. Wouldn't this combination vignette? I see
that Nikon doesn't offer a 77mm closeup lens. Also, these are relatively
inexpensive ($40 from B&H). Are they multicoated? How about magnification
ratios with the 6T at both 80mm and 200mm?

Thanks,
Dan N.
