"I met a fellow while out photographing eagles. (I was going to say "shooting eagles" but that didn't sound right at all!)" Actually, if you cook them very slowly in a Dutch oven with just a hint of sage, they taste kinda like a cross between a spotted owl and a seagull. ....patrick
