I had a similar experience with a so-called
car salesman. He turned out to be a car
non-sales man.
A real salesman will turn a lot of people
who came into the store as gawkers into buyers
before they leave. I had no intention of
buying my F5 when I did, but the salesman
said "Hey, we're stocking the F5 now! Check
it out." and put it in my hands....

The primary reason I got out of retail sales
was that upper management set such low limits
on what I could pay my staff that I had to choose
between either having a bunch of rejects for
employees, or doing everything myself. Neither
is a very pleasant experience.
If that's the best local dealer you can find,
I wouldn't waste any more money on 'em.
