Focusing accuracy

The German Foto-Magazin tested the accuracy of AF cameras couple of years ago.
Nikon F4 had an accuracy of 0.00 mm, many other cameras were near this
too. They also said that the human eye has an accuracy of about 0.3 mm
even in good light.
