Close-up World of Macro Photography literature and SB 21 MacroFlash question

Does anyone have this Nikon literature that they could either lend me or
sell to me?  I want to learn more about Macro Photography before
investing in it.  Also, how is the SB 21 Macro flash?  How well does it
work for non-macro shots?
