Hi Nikoners.
With regret, I must divest myself of some of my precious gear to pay bills! I’ve
tried to price to sell promptly.

FE2 & MD-12, both for $345!

Both are working perfectly. Camera is clean except for some brassing around advance
lever, bright spots by strap lugs, and paint wear by one side of the door. Missing
rubber eyepiece and little circle of leather on top of advance. Motor has some paint
wear, but looks very respectable. It has a very small (<1/4 ") chip at bottom by
battery compartment, but this doesn’t effect performance and is hardly noticeable.

Tokina ATX 80-200 f:2.8, $295

AIS manual focus, rugged all metal lens. Complete with tripod collar, haze filter,
matching hood, and original fitted case. This is in terrific shape. Mechanically
perfect, cosmetically nearly so.

Why not buy them both for $595, including shipping? Payment by money order/cashier’s
check. $10 shipping (US priority mail, other methods at actual cost). WAAAHHHHH!

Re: Bill & Don’s comments about non-Nikon TTL cords – I have used the New Ideas cords,
and they are adequate. They are very flimsy, and have no means of securing to the
camera shoe, so can slip in the heat of shooting and ruin your shot. They’re OK for
stable "studio" type situations, but are frustrating in the field. The extension
cords for Sunpak’s flash system (422, 444, 622, etc.) have been excellent, in my
experience, but of course they only work with the Sunpak strobes. Painful as it
seems, I think it’s worth biting the bullet and buying an SC-17. Keep up the great
posts, everybody.

Scott
