I've rock/ice climbed for years with my F801s. Little trick: get a short and elastic strap and pass it under your arm, it'll keep the camera from bouncing. I use a camera bag with an extra long strap doubled with a biner attached to the back of the harness. But remember that when the going gets tough, the camera is better inside the bag.
