They offer a harness which straps over the shoulders and around the chest. The piece which goes around the chest has a section made of neoprene with a hole for the lens to poke through. This holds the camera against your body, when you want to take a picture you simply slip it (the camera) out of the hole. The shoulder straps still attached to the camera prevent dropping it.
