Nikon 24-50/3.3-4.0 AF AIS - Any Info?

I can't find *any* info on this lens - even Nikon doesn't show it.  What
filter size, minimum focusing distance, etc.  This is not the
24-50/3.3-4.5.  Does anyone have any information or user comments? Can
anyone tell me where to find it on the net?
