The lenses will mount but unless you have some add the rabbit ears you'll
have to use stop down metering (or external metering).  And of course
autofocus won't work.

Yes, assuming the camera and lens works.  In better than good condition
the 45/2.8 GN sells for that much by itself (KEH charges $225 for the lens
in EX+ condition, $189 in EX condition).  If the lens hood is included
it's a great deal (the lens hoods are sought after by collectors, they
sell on eBay for $200+ (this is just the lens hood, no camera, no lens)).
