I am trying to set up NIST Net between two subnets to test a program which communicates using only broadcast and multicast.  We have set up the Linux machine to route multicast, using a different multicast address to depending on which subnet is the source and which is the destination.  We need to know how to create rules which can govern the performance of the multicast.  The confusing part is that a multicast message appears to have the same source and destination address.  Could you give an example or two as well?
