You find 'xmkmf' in the package XFree86-devel (RHEL3), xorg-x11-devel (RHEL4) or imake (RHEL5).

Good morning,

I'm trying to install the 2.0.12c version under CENTOS. I've gone through
the "How to Install." procedure and, on the advice of one of the developers,
skipped step 8. On step 9, the "./configure" aborts with an error message
stating the command "xmkmf -a" does not exist. A "find" shows this command
doesn't exist anywhere. So... would doing step 8 fix the situation? Any
advice is appreciated.

Thank you,

Bo
