Hi guys,
I used MPEG4IP to play a movie. In between, MPEG4IP player and DSS, I have
nistnet.
I tried to narrow the bandwidth . I am puzzled that the packet loss percent by
Darwin Streaming Server is still 0%. I was thinking that since the bandwidth is
smaller now, there should be congestion and packet loss ratio should increase.
Any experts can tell me what exactly happen?
