I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this. Please try ftp://ftp.tamalecentral.com/pub/nistnet-2.0.12c-4tm.src.rpm on Fedora 9 and let me know it works. I'm able to compile that updated RPM on Fedora 9, but I haven't actually tested nistnet functionality after installing the compiled RPM. Give me a try and let me know if it works, and if so I'll post the updated version to our blog (the FTP URL listed above is a temporary location until it's been tested).
