Hello, we're having the same issue. I tried upgrading to 3.15 when it was first released but it was unmaintainable so I decided to rollback. Now I'm working on debugging the issue again and right after upgrading we started seeing random 404 responses (routes that were supposed to go to one pod were being sent to a different one as I could confirm by the logs) and now, apart from the random 404 I'm getting 502 Bad Gateway. Seems like when a pod is recreated, the apisix controller does not update the endpointslice of the service or the pod IP itself.
